• Stability study reduces the weights to 350 kg/m² for the not built upon parts of the terrace (advice LIME ltd. file 120269)
• Vegetation typology needs to be adjusted to occasionally manual watering
• Safety aspect
• The design must be in line with the currently obtained permit.
