Communal area farm residence

This concept deviates from the conventional use of a parking space connected to a residential development. Normally the focus is made on parking and circulation of vehicles. Here we have given them a secondary function as the design and use will focus on communal living. Using full-grown trees and adding a BBQ area. This due to fire regulations conflicting with the wishes of the inhabitants.

As integrated water management needs to be carefully integrated in the planning procedure we have developed this in accordance with the stability needs of the surfaces for vehicle support.
