Reconversion site ‘Voeders Leroy

The former production site producing cattle feed, right next to the train station of Gavere is currently being converted tot mixed residential and retail project. In full respect of the existing Silo Building as Industrial heritage, all later additions are going to be demolished.

We guide the client through the whole process of obtaining planning permission and governmental support for the deconstruction work and sanitation of the site.
